This is a Doctoral Thesis presented by Dr. Syed Saeed Ahmed at the syndicate of the Karachi University leading to the conferment of Doctorate (Ph.D). This doctoral thesis contains lucid description on (Late) Maulana Muhammad Ismail Zabeeh, his illustrious father Akhunzada Maulana Ghulam Yahya Hazarvi, his maternal uncle Maulana Abdul Qayyum Kashmiri more popularly known as “Kanpuri”, his illustrious brother Maulana Ishaq Ilmi, proprietor of India’s leading muslim newspaper “Daily Sayasat Jadeed”, and his illustrious father-in-law Dr. Abdul Samad, Member of UP Legislative Assembly, who had the singular honour of being the host of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah when he visited Kanpur and stayed at his residence in March, 1941.
